As a co-founding pillar of the AMARI network, The Open Nest is connected to Stonefish on the Croatian island of Vis.
Stonefish is an off-grid residency and agricultural property co-developed by Yves Taquet and the team behind Croatia’s first crowdfunding music festival. It embodies a radical model of sustainability and creativity, where solar power, farm work and the reuse of festival materials form the foundation for rehearsal corners, simple stages and intimate gatherings overlooking the Adriatic.
This partnership is built on a shared commitment to the AMARI principles of environmental sustainability, creative collaboration, and rural regeneration. The Stonefish team champions artistic practices that are intrinsically linked to the land and the community, offering a vital, alternative space for creation and connection outside urban centers.
